RevolutionPly® and RevBead® Queen Headboard – Part I

Building your own furniture can be easier than you think, and it’s very rewarding having constructed something with your own hands and creativity. Over the next few segments, we will show you how easy it is to construct a headboard using RevolutionPly® plywood and RevBead® Reversible Beadboard. The headboard we are constructing is for a queen sized bed. See the supply list needed to complete this project.

18mm RevolutionPly® plywood
RevBead® Reversible Beadboard
Drill
Nails
Hammer or nail gun
Sander
Wood filler
Router
Jigsaw
Skill saw
Hand saw
Wood glue
Paint
Paint brushes

Once you have your design and a plan is created, always be sure to measure twice to ensure your cuts will be accurate. Our design is outlined on a piece of 18mm RevolutionPly® plywood. Using a jigsaw and a skill saw, the pieces are carefully cut to begin construction.
